Sharing the views of the founder of the Slow Food Movement, www.slowfood.com , we believe in the pleasures of the table and the celebration of real food.  We go to an enormous amount of trouble to source all our food, and we deal directly with producers, growers and independent retailers.  As a result we use only the freshest, purest seasonal produce in creating a food experience to remember.
